We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. Payments are handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and libraries from public content delivery networks; these providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files. We do not control what those providers log, and we do not receive any data back from them.

7. Client materials and confidentiality

Product references, unreleased designs, and brand materials you send us are treated as confidential. They are used solely to produce your deliverables and are not shared publicly or with other clients.

Completed work may be shown in our portfolio as described in our Terms of Service. If your project is confidential or under embargo, tell us before production begins.

8. How long we keep information

• Material sent by prospective clients that does not become a project: product photographs, dimensions, artwork and any other files you send us while considering a package are deleted within 5 days if you do not go ahead. You do not have to ask — it happens automatically.
• Enquiry correspondence that does not become a project: retained for up to 6 months, then deleted
• Project records and correspondence: retained for the duration of the engagement and for 12 months afterwards
• Financial records: retained for the period required by applicable tax law
• Production files (3D models, scenes, lighting rigs): retained for 24 months so that future work can build on existing assets, unless you ask us to delete them sooner

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable third-party tooling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing
• Request a portable copy of information you provided to us
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

11. International transfers

We may use service providers located outside your country. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
