By commissioning work from Nuvii Studios, paying an invoice, or accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
These terms apply alongside any written proposal or statement of work. Where a signed proposal conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal takes precedence for that engagement.
2. Our services
Nuvii Studios produces computer-generated visual assets and commercials for direct-to-consumer brands. Deliverables typically include short-form films, product renders, and social-optimised exports, as described in the applicable package or proposal.
Our work is created digitally. We do not undertake physical photography or live-action filming as part of our standard packages.
3. Quotes, packages and pricing
Package prices published on this website are inclusive of the deliverables listed on the relevant package page. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Work falling outside the scope described on a package page—additional deliverables, extra revision rounds, expedited schedules, or additional products—will be quoted separately and requires your written approval before it begins.
We may revise published pricing at any time. Changes do not affect engagements already confirmed and paid for.
4. Payment terms
- 50% of the package fee is payable in advance, before production begins. The remaining 50% is payable on delivery, invoiced when your finished files are ready to hand over. Nothing further falls due between those two payments, and there are no other charges.
- Production does not commence until the initial payment has cleared and your asset pack is complete.
- Final high-resolution deliverables and usage rights are released on receipt of full payment.
- Invoices unpaid after 5 days may result in suspension of work and may attract interest at 10% per annum on the outstanding amount, to the extent permitted by law.
5. What we need from you
Delivering on schedule depends on receiving what we need at the outset. You agree to provide, promptly and accurately:
- Product references, including photographs from multiple angles
- Accurate product dimensions and material or finish details
- Packaging artwork, label files, logos, and brand guidelines
- Any reference material indicating your desired direction
- Timely, consolidated feedback at each review stage
Incomplete or inaccurate materials are the most common cause of delay. Timelines begin from the date we receive a complete asset pack and confirm the creative direction, not from the date of payment.
6. Timelines and delivery
Standard packages are delivered within seven days of the production start date, defined as the date on which we hold both a complete asset pack and an approved creative direction.
Larger engagements, including the Premium Catalog Makeover, operate to a schedule agreed at kickoff rather than a fixed seven-day window.
Delivery timelines are estimates made in good faith. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete materials, or changes in scope will extend the schedule accordingly. We will tell you as soon as we become aware of any delay.
7. Revisions and scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated on the relevant package page. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback covering the deliverables presented at that stage.
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed direction. A request that changes the fundamental creative concept after it has been approved is treated as new work and will be quoted separately.
Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased at our then-current rate.
8. Intellectual property and usage rights
On receipt of full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the final delivered assets for your commercial marketing purposes, across any medium and in any territory, with no time limit and no cap on impressions or ad spend.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Nuvii Studios retains ownership of underlying production files, including 3D models, scene files, lighting rigs, textures, and project sources. These are working files, not deliverables, and are not released as part of standard packages.
You retain all rights in your own brand assets, trademarks, product designs, and any material you supply to us.
9. Your content and warranties
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all material you provide to us, and that our use of it in producing your deliverables will not infringe any third party's rights.
You agree to indemnify Nuvii Studios against claims arising from material you supplied, or from the manner in which you subsequently use the delivered assets.
10. Portfolio and promotional use
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, on this website, on social media, and in pitch materials.
If your project is confidential or under embargo, tell us before production begins and we will withhold it until you confirm otherwise.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of an engagement, including unreleased product information, pricing, and business plans, and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
12. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement by written notice. Because production capacity is reserved and work begins immediately, cancellation charges apply as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill. We make no guarantee regarding the commercial performance of any asset we produce, including advertising results, conversion rates, or return on ad spend.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you commission work governs that engagement. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
